Harvey's Garden....

This fabulous cushion was created as a gift to you for visiting my website.  The beautiful heart design is from Sharman’s Garden, and the purple flowers that enhance it are from Simons Terrific Trims, both of course, are design collections by Jenny Haskins.

Did you notice the prairie points on each side of the center embroidery?  Aren’t they wonderful, and don’t they add such striking detail? They were created using a great new product, the quick point’s ruler. While at the Oklahoma City Winter Quilt Show, it was hailed as the most innovative tools on the market this year!
This wonderful little ruler is made of a flexible plastic that can withstand a lot of abuse, and is every so easy to use.  Now you can create prairie points in a fraction of the time it used to take to make them, and enjoy getting more done,  in less time, with better results and less stress…always a plus for me!.

Grab your latest issue of Creative Expressions (Issue25) and flip to pages 8-9.  There is a GORGEOUS red and black quilt that was created by Angie Ross from Nova Scotia, Canada.  This beautiful quilt is edged with prairie points, and with the wonderful new Quick Point’s Ruler they will be done in far less time!
